Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Blazel website and services operated by PR Agents LLC dba Blazel ("us", "we", "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

Blazel provides a managed content service that helps founders and executives grow their voice on LinkedIn through high-quality posts, backed by human editors. Our services include content strategy and planning, human-reviewed writing, scheduled posting on behalf of clients, and light engagement support.

2. Account Terms

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Access and Social Media Account Authorization

Our services require you to authorize Blazel to access and post content on your behalf to your LinkedIn account. By using our services, you:

• Explicitly authorize Blazel to access your LinkedIn account through the LinkedIn API for the purpose of publishing content and engaging with other users on your behalf
• Represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to grant us this access
• Acknowledge that this authorization is subject to LinkedIn's Terms of Service and API Terms
• Understand that you can revoke this access at any time through your LinkedIn account settings or by contacting us

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain all rights to any content you provide to us ("Client Content"), including your personal information, brand assets, and any materials you share with us for content creation purposes.

You grant Blazel a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Client Content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. This includes creating and publishing content on your behalf.

Content created by Blazel for you ("Deliverables") becomes your property upon payment of applicable fees, subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms.

5. Content Approval and Posting

All content created by Blazel will be submitted to you for approval before being published. We will not publish any content to your LinkedIn profile without your explicit approval.

You are ultimately responsible for all content published under your name, even when created by Blazel. You should review all content carefully before approving it for publication.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Request content that violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of our Service

7. Payment and Subscription

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We may change our fees at any time, but will provide you with advance notice before any change affects you.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PR Agents LLC dba Blazel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• The performance or non-performance of any third-party platform (including LinkedIn) over which we have no control.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that our Service will create specific results or outcomes for your business or LinkedIn profile. Results vary based on many factors outside our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
